Shipping and Returns

ACS / brandmybeverage.com offers the following shipping options, which may vary by item:
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is typically the default checkout setting. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 3–5 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.

2-Day Shipping: Depending on the item origin and shipping destination, 2-day shipping may be available in select areas. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 2 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.

Premium Shipping: Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 2 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.

Express Shipping: Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 1 business day after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.

Business days do not include weekends, and there is no weekend delivery for the shipping options above. Some items may not be eligible for 2-day, premium or express shipping due to size, weight, delivery address or vendor constraints. Shipping charges for premium and express shipping are calculated on a "per item" basis, including shipping, order processing, item selection and packaging costs, and will only apply to the items using these shipping speeds.

We have additional shipping options that are only available at select times or in select areas:
Holiday Shipping: Choose Holiday Shipping Delivery for eligible items to receive your order before the holiday.

About Domestic Expedited Shipping Options
There are some things to keep in mind when selecting an expedited shipping option.

Not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting One-Day or Two-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days.

One-Day and Two-Day Shipping for U.S. Deliveries can't be sent to P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO or DPO.

Note: When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

What Is Scheduled Delivery?
Atlantic Custom Solutions offers Scheduled Delivery shipping options so customers can select the date and time of delivery for large items.

Items eligible for Scheduled Delivery will display "Scheduled Delivery" and an available delivery date on the detail page. You'll be able to choose a different delivery date and time that works best for you during check out.

If a first available delivery date isn't displayed, then you're in an area that doesn't support pre-scheduling from the website or the item is in a pre-order state. In these cases, the carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a date and time for delivery. For more information on setting up a Scheduled Delivery, see: Arrange a Scheduled Delivery.

An adult signature is required for large items. If an adult isn't home at the time of delivery, the product will be taken away by the carrier and you'll need to reschedule your delivery.

Note: Scheduled Delivery service isn't available for P.O. Box addresses, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii and Alaska, or U.S. Territories and Freely Associated States.

Order with Release-Date Delivery
Release-Date Delivery is available in checkout when both the item and your delivery address are eligible.

To place a Release-Date Delivery order:
Place an eligible item in your shopping cart and click Proceed to checkout.
Select an eligible shipping address when prompted.
Note: For more information, go to About Release-Date Delivery.
Select Release-Date Delivery or -- get it on its release day.
Note: Making changes to your order (delivery address, payment method, etc) may affect your order's eligibility. If you need to change your order, we recommend placing a new pre-order for the item and then canceling your previous order. Only do this after you're sure you can choose Release-Date Delivery or another applicable shipping option on the new order.

Guaranteed Delivery Terms and Conditions
If we provide a guaranteed delivery date on the checkout page, your shipping fees may be refunded if we miss our promised delivery date.
The following requirements must be met to qualify for a delivery guarantee refund:
Shipping method selected is shipping option advertised on a product detail page.
Order is shipping to eligible address.

Order is placed before "order within" countdown listed on the checkout page. The "order within" countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place your order to receive your delivery by the date shown. That delivery date may become unavailable within that window of time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date is included in your order confirmation E-mail. Contact us with any concerns.
If you order contains items that aren't eligible for guaranteed delivery, shipping preference "Ship my items as they become available" is selected.

Your credit or debit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed on the checkout page.
The guarantee does not apply if we miss our promised delivery date because of an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe winter storm. Also, delivery scans might be inaccurate.
An attempted delivery on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee.
An offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee

About Delivery Guarantees
We offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable).

Note: The order within countdown reflects Atlantic Custom Solutions’ delivery capability at the moment the page was opened. The delivery day may become unavailable within that timeframe, prior to completing your order, due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity.

Atlantic Custom Solutions takes great pride in the quality of our work and products. Before any item ships from our facility, it must pass inspection for quality and accuracy.  If you believe there is an error or defect in your merchandise, please contact your Account Manager or our sales department.

Returns
Please inspect merchandise immediately and carefully upon delivery. If your shipment arrives with any damage, DO NOT sign the delivery document confirming shipment arrived in good condition. We cannot file claims with the carrier once a shipment has been signed for as arriving in good condition. Please take clear photos of the damaged shipment box, as well as a separate photo with damaged merchandise. Please send photos to your Account Manager or our sales department within 24 hours of receipt to file a claim.

If your order contains product manufacturer defects, or you are not satisfied with the quality your item, please contact us within 15 days of the shipment date. We examine every issue on a case-by-case basis. Please remember to review your design and the product type and quantity prior to approving, as each order is custom decorated to your specifications and cannot be resold. Under certain circumstances we might ask you to return your items in order to receive a refund.

Refunds
All refund requests are subject to approval. Upon approval, any refund requested on orders paid with a credit or debit card will receive credit posted to the card used at time of purchase. The refund will be processed within five (5) business days upon approval.
